weCare Home Care was started by Candice Bradley. After graduating with her MBA from Harvard University, Ms. Bradley spent years in the finance industry.
It was only when she and her mother sought care for her father as he battled Alzheimer’s disease did she realize the complexities of the US healthcare system and the lack of continuity and compassionate care.
Emboldened by this experience, and coupled with a desire to do something more fulfilling and to give back, Candice launched weCare Home Care.
Candice’s goal with every patient that weCare serves is to provide quality care delivered with compassion and kindness. As a mom of four young children, Candice values family and believes that family is an integral part of our patient’s care and success. Candice demands the highest standard for you or your loved one’s care from herself and her team. It’s a way of life at weCare Home Care.
Our mission and number one goal is to ensure our patients have the highest-quality, customized in-home care and support to maintain their quality of life at home. Our services will support the individuals’ home care needs by bridging the gap between the patient, their families, physician and other outside services so the patient can achieve optimal outcomes for the best possible quality of life.
We also seek to ensure our patient’s families have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is being properly cared for by weCare. We seek to be a central hub in the care of your or your loved one. Try weCare today and we promise you will not be disappointed!
